Mr. Shankar is Senior President and Chief Law Officer at Hindalco Industries Limited. He has over 30 years of industry experience including about 16 years as Vice President & General Counsel, PepsiCo India and about 11 years with Maruti Udyog Limited.

Mr. Julka is a distinguished civil servant with over four decades of leadership in governance, defense, finance, media, and international diplomacy. He has served as Chief Information Commissioner of India and held senior positions across multiple ministries, steering policy reforms, infrastructure projects, and global engagements.

Dr. Srivastava is a senior Chartered Accountant and arbitration expert, has over four decades of professional experience, including leadership roles in the Central Power Sector as CMD of NHPC and extensive involvement in domestic and international arbitration. Only non engineer in country to hold category A Project Management certificate from international Project Management Association.

Mr. Jawad is a Senior Mediator-trainer with over 18 years of extensive experience in the field of Mediation, specialising in civil, commercial, and matrimonial mediations. Currently serving as Registrar IAMC. A distinguished professional with a proven track record of conducting mediation training programs, both nationally and internationally, and coaching winning teams in prestigious international mediation competitions.

Ms. Ollapally is a distinguished mediator and legal professional with over three decades of experience. Since 2015 she has dedicated herself full-time to mediation. As Founder of CAMP Arbitration & Mediation Practice and Founding Coordinator of the Bangalore Mediation Centre, she has pioneered court-annexed and institutional mediation in India.

Mr. Khaitan is CMD of Sunil Healthcare Ltd. He has diversified business experience of 42 years relating to Jute, Paper and Pharmaceutical Industry. He is immediate past President of PHD CCI, member of Executive Committee, FICCI, member of Managing Committee, ASSOCHAM, Member of ICSI.

Mr. Gulati is a first-generation entrepreneur and Managing Director of Assotech Realty, with over two decades of experience across real estate and education. A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, he combines financial discipline with a deeply people-centric approach to development. He co-founded UPES in 2003 and later established Lokbharti Skilling Solutions to empower rural youth.

Mr. Verma is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 33 years of experience across assurance, taxation, company law and transaction advisory. He is a Senior Consulting Partner at DVA Consulting Partners LLP and a Non-Executive Board Member of the Indo European Business Forum. He has extensive experience in transaction advisory, joint ventures, restructuring and strategic business matters, and has served as an Independent Director of a leading RBI-registered Asset Reconstruction Company.

Mr. Ahuja is the President of Indian Mediation Federation and a Certified Mediator empanelled at IAMC. A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Advocate by qualification and ISB-Kellogg alumnus, he brings 30+ years of corporate experience with Maruti Suzuki, EY, Booz Allen Hamilton and others. A strategist turned mediator, he specializes in Commercial Disputes and Insolvency Resolution and is passionate about breaking stalemates and is also the founder director of Missing Bridge, a boutique advisory platform. Through IMF, he is building a national ecosystem to make mediation India's first port of call and assist courts and policymakers in making mediation mainstream by bringing the concept closer to the users and beneficiaries.
